Comprehensive 2D/3D CAD design and structural analysis for the expansion of the Oslo light rail network. This project encompassed overhead line equipment layout, cantilever specification, and FEA verification for a 12km extension through challenging urban terrain.
Full overhead line equipment layout for all 12km of new track, including curved section tensioning calculations and mast positioning to EN 50119 standard.
FEA verification of all cantilever assemblies under wind load, ice load, and dynamic pantograph uplift forces defined in the project specification.
Production of 340 fabrication-ready technical drawings reviewed and approved by the client's on-site engineering team.
